Camerawork
elaborate camera movement, tracks,steadicam, cranes shots
tracks, are lines that the camera moves across on a little cart so that it can stay still
crane - when the camera is put on a camera to get high shots
steadicam - when a camera is mounted to a 360 handle so it can stay still and can get different angles.

pov shots - 1st person iis where you see what they see, 3rd person is where you follow them

Editing
shot/reverse shot - Shot reverse shot (or shot/countershot) is a film technique where one character is shown looking at another character (often off-screen), and then the other character is shown looking back at the first character.
juxtaposition - the fact of two things being seen or placed close together with contrasting effect.
non continually editing - when shots are mismatched to disrupt the impression of time and space. This draws the audiences' attention to the process of cutting and disturbs the illusion of 'reality'. An example is the use of flash backs.
crosscutting - alternate (one sequence) with another when editing a film.
fast-paced editing - Fast cutting is a film editing technique which refers to several consecutive shots of a brief duration. It can be used to convey a lot of information very quickly, or to imply either energy or chaos.
dissolve, wipe and fade - going from one image to another, travelling from one side of the image to another, going from an image to a blank screen
post-production effects - editing raw footage and to cut unwanted scenes
Soundtrack
music - the music that they play within the film to fit the mood
diegetic/non-digetic sounds - diegetic is sound coming from within the film(cars moving etc)
sound effects - sounds that are recorded and used to play in the film
sound bridge -A sound bridge is a type of sound editing that occurs when sound carries over a visual transition in a film
voiceover - The voiceover is read from a script and may be spoken by someone who appears elsewhere in the production or by a specialist voice talent.
Miss en scène
lighting - using stage lights etc to make it so that the image is clear
location/set - where the video/film is being shot to fit the needs of the video/film
costume and make up - using costumes and make up to fit the mood and the scenery
props - items that are used within the production (books, tables etc)
casting and performance style - the way that the actors use body language to express the scene
blocking(the composition of elements within the shot)
